Conversations that count – Living your best life through kindness.

Wednesday 11 May saw a group of like-minded experts come together to present to our PBC community, staff and students. Kath Koschel from the Kindness Factory mesmerised the audience with her keynote address detailing her experiences and how it shaped who she is today and also how she lived on just kindness for 2 months. Dave Shillington, ex-Australian Rugby League player and founder of Prime Effect, Alumni Ashley Thomas (The Secret Burden) and PBC’s very own Matt Ashenden rounded out our panel.  It was wonderful to hear tales of vulnerability and inspirational resilience, the crowd also relished the opportunity to ask questions to the panel. 

Growing Good Humans is a PBC Initiative developed by Paul Bullpitt and Anna Wyatt to support students mental fitness and well-being.  Conversations that Count will continue throughout the year highlighting the importance of story-telling and genuine connections with humans.
