Gold Coast Trades College

Term 2 Intake (immediate start)

Gold Coast Trades College has a number of Term 2 openings for Year 11 students who have not yet used their VETis funding. The opportunities include:

• Certificate I Construction
• Certificate II Electrotechnology
• Certificate II Automotive

Try-a-Trade days

Gold Coast Trades College has opened a number of spots for their trade taster days. These days do not use any funding and are free for students to attend.

Expressions of interest are now open for Years 9-12 students interested in participating. Students will attend the college on Monday 18 & 25 July and participate in a variety of trade experiences such as building, automotive, electrotechnology, horticulture and painting. Spots always fill fast for these days so please see Mr Poirrier to express your interest.

Course starts on 26 April in Southport and runs for 20 weeks. This course is free to students that have not yet accessed their VETis funding.
