PBC would like to introduce and welcome our newest member to the hospitality team Michael Rambold whom joined the dynamic and passionate team of Tracey Maher, Alysha Dufty, Anna Wyatt and Jen Mason. 

The Hospitality department have hit the ground running planning for what looks like one of the biggest events of the year. Students and staff are busy preparing for the 50th Reds Sports Dinner on the Friday 4 March and we are looking forward to catering an event to help welcome past and present sportspeople and provide a service that will culminate PBCs reputable hospitality department. 

Within the Australian Curriculum, Year 9 students are introduced to the “Australian Guide to Healthy Eating”, convenience foods, Indigenous foods and Dietary related diseases.  

Year 10 students explore Nutrition, Food Around the World, Herbs and Spices and Food Science. 

Our Senior Students are actively introduced to Hospitality and Food Trends whilst our energetic Year 12  students demonstrate their understanding and knowledge of sustainability in hospitality and fine foods. We look forward to meeting you at one of the many events this year.
