Growing Good Humans – Year 8/9 Workshops

Our Year 8 & 9 students recently took part in our Growing Good Human’s Workshops.

Tommy Herschell again challenged and inspired our young men. We are always so grateful for the time Tom gives PBC, he has never charged us ever. Tom also helped Anna Wyatt and Paul Bullpitt develop the GGW workshop that has now been delivered to all the young women in Years 8 to 12.

Here’s what some of the kids have told us about their GGH experience:

“ It was so valuable to talk to someone you do not know and learn how to start a meaningful conversation. I even got to make amends with someone that I wished I had done before, getting the opportunity to see how she honestly viewed our relationship previously. By the end of the session, we had a much greater understanding of each other than before.”

“It was a great workshop and really opened my eyes up and made me think that I should be more grateful for everything I get given and what I have.””

“I liked hearing other people’s stories in such a comfortable space and it made me realise that everybody has something that their going through.”
