On Saturday, three teams of PBC philosophy students competed in the Queensland Philosothon held at the University of Queensland. Our Junior Secondary team won the competition. The Senior teams came equal runner-up to Churchie, missing out on the top prize by half a point! Judges stated both teams were so close that they could not split them, instead, elected to recognise all eight students. The battle between Churchie and PBC continues. And finally, Lily Cronly won the ‘Most Promising Philosopher’ award. An outstanding result due to outstanding students.
