General News

District Cross Country – Monday 10 May 2021

Another great district competition for our PBC Cross Country Team. The students performed exceptionally well again, and we now have nearly 50 students heading off to the Regional Cross Country in early June. 13 individual medals and 7 team Golds. Special mention to the following students who stepped up out of their comfort zones to ensure we had full teams: Kai Colless, Logan Manuel-McGarry and Alannah Welsh.

Regional Information has been emailed to parents and students. Good Luck to those competing at Regionals.

PBC Comedy Club

PBC_CC_take_2.jpg

After 2 great years of Comedy at PBC with Reds Go Riot, we are looking for the next group of students keen to explore and develop their comedy chops!

Students can join in on the action at LUNCHTIME LOLs on Fridays Lunch 1 in N11.

Why not have some fun making others laugh and learning a new skill - it takes guts but it's well worth it!

Find out more by speaking to Mrs Hull. Email: ebhul0@eq.edu.au.

Reds get Grateful

Growing Good Humans

As part of our Growing Good Humans project we have recorded 4 amazing young people’s story as video podcasts. These are raw and honest discussions about the challenges these phenomenal young people have faced very early in their lives.

Students will be engaging with these as part of their CARE curriculum this term and will explore concepts like GRATITUDE, Forgiveness and Resilience as they hear each of these stories.

The first of our PODCASTS features Remy Heremaia a current Year 12 student.
