An Adventure of a Lifetime Awaits
Apply now for Bunya to the Bay, a unique learning opportunity for Year 10–12 students who will walk, cycle and canoe over 340 kilometres of river terrain, following the Brisbane River from the source to the sea.
This award-winning education experience, grounded in Aboriginal culture and heritage, gives students a unique opportunity to connect deeply with South East Queensland’s environment, culture, communities and country.
Forty students from across Queensland will be selected for the program and will attend the Opening Ceremony (one day), one of four journey legs (five days, four nights) and the Closing Ceremony (three days, two nights). The full itinerary is available online. Apply via the Stanley River Environmental Education Centre website by 31 March 2021.
Buy Smart Competition Now Open

Years 4–12 students can develop a creative project to explain a chosen consumer issue and give advice to a target audience – this could include board games, music videos, interactive quizzes, apps and much more.
