Surf League Excellence

Our PBC Reds Surf League Excellence team were lucky enough to have the current Nutri-Grain Ironman Champion Ali Day come in and chat to them about all things racing, nutrition and training ahead of their State and Australian Titles in the coming weeks. Men of the Moment

We were very fortunate to be a featured school at the recent Youth Male Summit, hosted by TSS and focused on ‘Men of The Moment’. HOD Positive Behaviour and a team of wonderful young men and women participated in a range of activities throughout the day, highlighted by hosting a 1-hour session on our own journey with Growing Good Humans. The students were privileged to participate in question-time with an all-star panel at the conclusion of the evening including Australian cricket legends Matthew Hayden and Darren Lehmann, Paralympian Curtis McGrath and our very own Tommy Herschell from ‘Find Your Feet’.

Particular thanks go to our student representatives and speakers, Hayden Topping (11), Peta Peachey (12), Lilli Carmichael (12), Jude McClay (12) and Zackary Hubbard (12). The students spoke with passion, honesty, pride and clarity regarding their experiences with school and the change they are starting to see in their community.

We look forward to seeing every student engage with Growing Good Humans programs this year and work towards being more honest, accountable and better versions of themselves.

NSW Bus Passes

NSW Bus passes have arrived and need to be collected from the Finance Window. Students need to visit the Finance window on Tuesdays-Thursdays 8am-1pm.

QLD Bus passes have been distributed through Student Services. If your student hasn't received theirs yet please ask them to visit Student Services.

The PBC P&C Association have also produced a fantastic 'PBC Reds' Sports Towel. The towel features the PBC Reds logo and are a perfect size for all our students to use during their training activities. The towel has ultimate absorbency, is lightweight and quick drying and looks great! At just $25, these towels are available now at the PBC Uniform Shop.
