The PBC Leo’s club have once again started the year off with a strong start. We have had a total of 4 meetings and have contributed to the community through donations, weekly BBQ’s, and welcomed new recruits to the PBC Leo’s.

The 2021 Leo’s committee members were inducted by the President of the Lion’s Club, Peter Smith on 17 February. The committee members are: Lily as our new President, Ethan as Vice President, Emma as Treasurer and re-elected as Secretary is Michelle.

The CEO and Founder of “Baby Give Back”, Carley, came to talk about her amazing charity that offers support to new families in the community. The PBC Leo’s donated $500 in support and organised a day on 13 March to volunteer our time at the Baby Give Back warehouse to help clean toys and strollers, build cots, and sort clothing.

During February, the PBC Leo’s Club were visited from Tallebudgera State School and the Leo’s donated $600 to help with the student leader team building day. PBC Leo’s are proud once again to be sponsoring a child through the Smith Family and participating in Clean up Australia Day – 7 March.
