Creative Generation 2019 Feature Roles Announced

Creative Generation – State Schools onstage is an annual variety concert that showcases the talents of state school students across Queensland. Students are able to audition to be a part of this show in many different performing arts fields along with many other talented students from across the state.  This year, we have had two students successfully audition to be a part of the show: Mia Beame and Regan Hickey. Mia has been asked to be one of the featured dancers in the show, dancing in a number of different pieces across the concert. Regan has been successful at gaining a position on bass guitar in the James Morrison Big Band that will perform during the show, and with this has also been invited to be a part of MOSt (for Musically Outstanding Students) and take part in a 10 day residential camp over the winter holidays. It is very exciting to have two students to be a part of this show as they not only get to perform, but they get to work with industry professionals to learn and gain further insight into being a performing artist.
