Junior Secondary Update
We have been very proud of our Year 7 and 8 students this year in their commitment to “Be a Learner’ in the classroom. At our Term 3 Optima assemblies we acknowledged 112 Year 7 and 87 Year 8 students for achieving Excellent Effort and Behaviour in 5 or more subjects. This is a reflection of ‘Nil Sed Optima’, nothing but the best in their engagement with the curriculum across a wide variety of subjects.
Our students have also been embracing ‘Every Student Succeeding – Every Day Counts’. The CARE class staff have presented Attendance certificates to 278 Year 7 and 244 Year 8 students achieving the 92% PBC Attendance target. Congratulations to all students!
Special recognition must also be extended to our Year 7 and 8 students receiving 100% attendance this year. Congratulations to the following students for this outstanding achievement.
