Senior Music Showcase

We are excited to invite our community to this year’s Senior Music Showcase! This event highlights the pinnacle of our Creative Arts Excellence and Senior Music performances and compositions for the year. Please join us on Wednesday 21 August from 6pm for light refreshments and show from 6.30pm. Come along and support the talented and dedicated muso’s from our senior music program. Reds Go Riot #5

The PBC Comedy Night aptly named 'Reds Go Riot' was a resounding success, thanks to the incredible talent of kids like Blake Jordan, Havana Silvester, Tianah Johnson, Abbie O'Connor, Ewan McConnell, Leila Berry, Phoenix Oxenbridge, Cooper Nicholls, Owen Browne, Adi Bhandari, and Emma Suttle. Laughter filled the air as the kids showcased their comedic skills, bringing together a diverse group of people for a night of entertainment. You could say it was like the Laugh-lympics, with Gold-medal worthy performances!

Host and facilitator Mandy Nolan's guidance and workshops helped the kids hone their stand-up routines, leading to a night of chortling and fun. We even had an improvised scene by Miss Tsai and Adi, who showed off their comedic prowess and quick-thinking abilities! At the end of the evening, we were treated to a world class performance by ventriloquist Darren Carr who had the full crowd in stitches - sorry Damien!

Support from local businesses like Balter Brewery, Hapy Studio - Currumbin, The Shed Bistro Palm Beach, Barefoot Barista & Bruce - Palm Beach & Currumbin, Just Cuts - The Pines, and The Butcher's Table - The Pines, was instrumental in raising over $1000 for Fight For Youth Programs. We love what you do guys!

Extra special thanks to Community Bank Tugun for their ongoing support. You continue to share the same belief in our kids that we do, knowing that this unique program that has now run for five years has immeasurable value and is a truly special event. Your generosity and faith in our kids means so much and allows them to have a very special experience they wouldn't get at other schools, but really should.
