PBC Alliance News
Our first PBC Alliance Breakfast for the year is shaping up to be a showcase of stars, and with Head of the Arts and Creative Arts Excellence Program Director Loren Skyring at the helm, anything is possible.
Kicking off with a City of Gold Coast update from Mr Ross Devine, the audience will be informed on the development of the Palm Beach Aquatic Centre and what the re-development of the centre will bring to the area.
The theme of the breakfast will take a turn towards the Performing Arts, encompassing an enlightening update on all things showbiz with our very own Ms Loren Skyring, featuring guest speaker Ex-Alumni turned professional dancer Ms Cleo Lewis, to beguile us with her enchanting stories from Paris and her time at Moulin Rouge. Prepare to then be entertained by our very own Cast of the PBC Musical Production of The Wedding Singer, with an exclusive performance by Griffin Light-Law (who plays Robbie Hart) and Isla Freer (who plays Julia Gulia).
Ms Tracey Kearney from Prestige Service Training will then take the stage to award some very lucky students with a Prestige Half Scholarship in Diploma of Business studies.
And what breakfast wouldn't be complete without our very own Head of Sport and founding Alliance member Mr Neil Mackay, who will be up to talk all things PBC Alliance.
What a great way to start 2024, and to get to know the PBC community, than to rub shoulders with the students, staff, local community and business community members. If you are a local business and are looking to support the PBC community, and network with other like minded individuals, come and check out the PBC Alliance Breakfast or head over to PBC Alliance and see what we are all about.
