Skateboarding

Congratulations to Chloe Covell, who recently completed in Paris at Street League Skateboarding (SLS) competition making podium & coming away with the win , an amazing start to 2024 for her. In the practise the day before she had an accident to her knee, needing stitches but she showed strength & pushed though that to complete in the finals, coming away with first place.

This is the 1st of her competitions while overseas, next is the Olympic Qualifier in Dubai this week.

Taekwondo

 Congratulations to PBC Year 11 student Tait Cushing wins gold in the -59kg division of one of the toughest competitions on the circuit, the US Open. 

 After five gutsy fights where he defeated top US athletes he went on to win the final against Armenia. Congratulations to Tait and his coach Ben, from Hartmann Taekwondo.
