Immunisation Program

Year 10, are   you  ready for immunisation day?

The Gold Coast Public Health Immunisation Team will be providing immunisations to all year 10 students on 18 March whose parents have submitted an online consent form wishing their child to be immunised. One dose of Meningococcal ACWY and one dose of Meningococcal B will be offered at the first school visit.

One dose of Meningococcal B at the second school visit.

Catch up available if required at the 2^nd school visit.

An email from admin.immunisegc@health.qld.gov.au has been                 

sent with details of the immunisation and consent process.

If you haven’t received this email, please also check your JUNK

mail folder or phone 1800 940 750. You will need to complete                    

an online consent/decline form even if you do not wish  

to have your child immunised.
