This term has been a very busy one in House & Care. The term started with PBC’s first ever Spike Ball competition which was a big hit with the kids and drew a good crowd to the oval. Phoenician students Jake and Bailey battled it out with Athenian students Kai and Will in the Spike Ball Final. It was a back and forth match but there could be only one winning team and the Athenians took out the title as PBC’s first ever Spike Ball Champions!

Week 3 was PBC’s annual Track & Field Carnival. All students who attended the day had a great time with the Bubble Soccer proving a hit with the Junior students throughout the day. The Athenians continued their run of wins and took out the 2023 Carnival.

Weeks 6-8 saw the return of one of PBC’s favourite House Events – PBC’s Got Talent. It was great to see so many talented humans audition and show off their skills. 14 talented acts were chosen to perform live for their peers at the semi-finals in week 7, the shows were a hit and the crowd grew with each show. Wednesday of week 8 will be the live Grand Final where students Imogen Stewart, Rubi Nasorawale, Elishka Chalupova, Danika Mason, Silan Tal-Meyer and Jua Nakauchi will perform for the chance to be crowned PBC’s Got Talent Champion for 2023!
