Fight 4 Youth

Walk With Us and Fight 4 Youth teams

We are excited to invite you to an event that promises a lot of laughs, a great time, and most importantly, a chance to make a positive impact on our local community. Our community has faced its fair share of challenges, especially our youth over the past few years and now is the perfect opportunity to come together and support one another.

Date: Saturday 9 September, 2023

Time: 2pm - 6pm

Location: Fight 4 Youth, 44a Currumbin Creek Road, Currumbin.

We're hosting a family fun day as part of Child Protection Week. This year's theme is - every child in every community deserves a fair go.

One of the main attractions is the DUNK TANK!! The concept is simple but incredibly entertaining: we'll have nominated volunteers take their place above the dunk tank, and for a small donation, you'll have the chance to dunk them into a pool of refreshing water!

We're seeking nominations from our community for individuals who are willing to be dunked for this fantastic cause. It could be your favorite teacher, dedicated coach, or even that friendly parent who's always ready to lend a helping hand. If you know someone who has been an essential part of our community and is up for some fun, nominate them today by replying to this email or contacting us at 0413 086 646.

But that's not all! In addition to the dunk tank excitement, we'll also have games, face painting, free activities, live entertainment and delicious food stalls to keep everyone entertained and tummies full. The event is a free event with some of the activities will attract a gold coin donation. There is also a boxing exhibition for some of the Gold Coast's up and coming legends. There is a cover charge to the boxing and it will be an event not to be missed (see attached flyer for more details)

It's a perfect opportunity for families, friends, and neighbors to come together, enjoy a day of laughter, and contribute to the well-being of our community.

In times of difficulty, our community has consistently shown its strength by coming together and supporting one another. We have organisations from around the Gold Coast coming along to share their amazing knowledge with our local community. Your participation will make a real difference in the lives of our fellow community members who are currently struggling. All the proceeds from this event will go directly towards assisting our fellow community members in need.

Mark your calendars for Saturday September 9th and spread the word to your friends and family. Let's rally around this event and show our unity as we make waves of change together!

Thank you for your support. We can't wait to see you at the event! If you can please share far and wide and if possible within your social media channels it would be greatly appreciated.
