A variety of new traineeships are on offer with a focus on business, hospitality, retail, sport and tourism.

Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary: Information and Recruitment session will be held Tuesday 9 May 3:45pm at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary. All trainees working at the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary have to opportunity to rotate through all the areas of the park including gift shop, reception, hospitality and visitor services. Come to Y block to register.

Airport Retail Enterprises: ARE manage many of the cafes, restaurants and fast food outlets at Coolangatta Airport. They are looking for enthusiastic and energetic applicants for their traineeships. In this traineeship stu-dents will rotate through a range of outlets including fast food, cafe and retail. This is traineeship is ideal for students who are hospitality driven as the diverse experiences will equip the students with a vast range of skills and knowledge. Students must have availability to work weekends to apply for these traineeships.

Dune Cafe: Dune Café looking for weekend staff, prefer someone who is studying hospitality at school or has some experience in a café or similar. To apply, take a resume into café before school or Sundays. Ask for Scott.

Chemist Warehouse Coolangatta: Looking for junior staff. Weekend and afternoon shifts available, Take a copy of your resume into the store ask for Sabrina or Phoenix.

Bridgeland Findlay Accounting Burleigh: are looking for a school based trainee cert 3 business trainee. Trainee will be required to perform basis office tasks eg: scanning, filing etc and they would have time to complete their theory work as well. Prefer year 10 student. Picture Framing: Looking for being a picture framer, this involves cutting and joining moulding, cutting mats mounting of photos, artwork, prints etc including preparation of framing of football jerseys and all manner of other interesting pieces.
