Congratulations to the senior rugby league students on a great day at the Raw Challenge Course in Numinbah Valley. The students were grouped into 6 different teams and had to work together through the challenging 60+ obstacles set over 9km in over 33 degree heat. What a day! 

The main message for the day was “Team Work”. It was never really about winning or about your result. It’s was about competing as a team until the end and never giving up. The Coaching Staff and Raw Challenge Staff thought the group did a fantastic job of this at different stages during the day. To see students helping their team mates when they were exhausted, carrying extra equipment when required, dragging team mates through mud and always encouraging them to keep moving was inspiring to watch. It showed their true REDS spirit and reminds us that when you make it about the “team” it will always end up being about “you”!
