ANZAC Ceremony 2023

On Monday morning, 24 April 2023, PBC will be conducting our Annual Anzac Day Ceremony on the PBC main assembly parade grounds.  Parents/caregivers are invited to come along and attend what has become an important event in our school year.

The program will be conducted by our School Captains and will involve Cadets, the Concert Band and Wreath Layers from each year level.

Our Ceremony will commence at approximately 9:20am. At the conclusion of the ceremony, please stay and enjoy morning tea in the Trade Training Centre.

We hope you are able to join us on this special occasion of remembrance.

ANZAC Day March

On Tuesday 25 April 2023 the Anzac Day Mid-Morning Service will be held at the Currumbin RSL Cenotaph. I would like to take this opportunity to invite PBC students to march at this Service. 

The March:

• Assemble in Winders Park, Duringan Street, Currumbin at 10:40am, departing at 10:55am
• Followed by the Mid-Morning service at the Currumbin-Palm Beach RSL Cenotaph at 11:15am 

Students wishing to represent the school in the ANZAC Day March are required to wear their full school uniform. 

I hope many students will choose to join us on this special occasion of remembrance.

PBC Cross Country - Information

PBC Cross Country will take place on Thursday 27 April. It is compulsory for Sports Excellence students to take part. Anyone else who wants to participate will need to sign up to be released from lessons (sign up sports Hall foyer – Week 9/10 this term).

ALL students MUST wear REDS or House Colours

Class Clowns 2023

Good luck to the PBC students preparing to compete at this year's Class Clowns run by Melbourne International Comedy Festival. The competition is on Wednesday 15 March at Home of the Arts at 7:30pm. If you would like to go along and support our students while having a laugh, there is a discount code for the PBC community to purchase ticket to Class Clowns for only $10.00.
